El ataque ocurri\u00f3 cerca de la medianoche, cuando el trabajador tom\u00f3 uno de los dardos utilizados en el establecimiento y lo arroj\u00f3 directamente contra el comensal, identificado como V\u00edctor Hugo Hern\u00e1ndez Moreno de 36 a\u00f1os, quien result\u00f3 lesionado en el cuello y el hombro. Elementos de distintas corporaciones policiacas acudieron al lugar luego de recibir el reporte de una persona herida.
